Pricing Model

To work out precise pricing we need to review your specific challenges and business situation (size, maturity, growth challenges and internal resources) and agree on the level of engagement needed.

Options & Ranges

  1. Hourly Rates ranges ~ €200 to €500, best for occasional consulting and advise.

  2. Daily Rates ~ €1,000 to €2,500 (ex. intensive workshops, short-term sprints, retreats, or just expert troubleshooting without commitment),

  3. Retainer ranges ~ €5,000 to €15,000, great for predictability and continuity in leadership. Based on hours/week.

  4. Project, ~ €15K to €50K for defined deliverables (e.g. product launch strategy, rebrand).

  5. Hybrid examples:

    1. Low retainer €2K to €10K base + performance bonus or equity,

    2. Reduced retainer (~€5K/mo) + equity share or KPI bonuses.

Criteria for Choosing a Pricing Structure

Engagement Scope & Duration: If you need ongoing strategic leadership and team oversight, a monthly retainer makes sense. For a short term diagnostic or one off plan, an hourly or project fee is often better.

Company Stage & Budget: Early-stage startups with tight cash may prefer lower cash fees or hybrid models (reduced retainer + equity/bonuses). Growth stage firms typically use standard retainers. Large enterprises may budget higher retainers or even day rates for focused initiatives.

Team Capability: If your in-house team is inexperienced or very small, a higher tier engagement (Growth Leadership or Exec Level) with hands on coaching/management is warranted. If you mainly need high level advice and have an execution team, a lower tier advisory model suffices.

Performance Alignment: When outcomes are critical but budget is limited, consider hybrid equity/bonus structures to align incentives. This is common for seed stage or high growth deals.

Goals (Transformation vs. Tactical): Major transformations (e.g. reorg, brand pivot) or fast scaling call for deeper engagement (retainer + possible bonuses), whereas isolated needs (market research, pitch deck prep) fit hourly or short projects.
